The Prestige Parts website is an online catalogue and enquiry platform. Prices, availability and specifications are indicative only and are confirmed by written quotation before any order is placed.
Written quotations issued by Prestige Parts are valid for the period stated on the quotation, typically 14 days. Quotations are subject to stock availability at the time of order confirmation.
An order is accepted once payment or an approved purchase order is received and Prestige Parts issues a written order confirmation. Cancellation of a confirmed order may be subject to restocking or handling fees.
Payment terms are set out on each quotation and invoice. Standard terms are EFT prior to dispatch for new customers and 30 days from statement for approved account customers.
Delivery timelines are estimates. Prestige Parts is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, force majeure or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Products are supplied with the applicable manufacturer warranty. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for stock items that have not been fitted, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prestige Parts liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for consequential loss, including loss of profit or downtime.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mpumalanga.
